How much is postage?Postage is free on all items and quantities for all residents living in the U.K.
How long does delivery take?Delivery only takes a couple of days. If you do not receive your item within a week please contact customer services.

I’m not sure if I placed my order correctly? How will I know?You will receive confirmation of your order via e-mail stating what has been ordered.
My order has arrived but it is faulty. How do I go about getting a refund or an exchange?We will be happy to exchange or refund any item that is faulty within 14 days of purachse and will refund any reasonable postage costs to send it back to us. Please contact us to obtain a refund or exchange.
